"Jcpenny is a great little store so e times you can find great little bargains and deals"
"I give them a 1 star because you can't go any lower. The employees are rude and not informative at all. You can't order online, you will either get the wrong product or not even get it at all. The support center will only give you the run around and not help. If you have to have a replacement for a large item ordered online, you will have to repurchase it, wait till it is redelivered and then the old one picked up before a refund will be attempted. I don't recommend ordering furniture or mattresses from them."

"Ran in to get a last minute dress for my daughter. Its actually sad to see how ran down this store is. They had a lot of clearance. But the over all cleanliness of the store is terrible. I get some stuff is outdated but there was a dead rat in the light fixture of the dressing room."
