"This place is Hands own, one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I am not even from this area! I came down with my Niece this Saturday and after our activities we knew we had to stop by for some cool things. The store was clean and organized, a little smaller than other locations, but it was still Packed with stuff. The staff was incredibly kind and patient. A shout out to SAM who was the person I spoke with most. She was so helpful and a wonderful salesperson. Came around and asked us both if we needed anything a couple of times. She wanted to make sure we had the best one out of the items we purchased and even made our experience even better by showing us the Gir Onesies they had. We ended up getting matching Onesies because of her, and we picked up matching bracelets as well. Sam, you did more than just help 2 customers, you helped give us Both core memories that we will carry with us forever. My niece is my world and the smile you helped bring to her face means more to me than anything. Marry me! (jk) The staff behind the counter was just as polite and kind and helped make sure we got the best deal possible with our items. I wish I lived much closer so I could stop by regularly.
