"I've been using Walgreens for my prescriptions for 7 years, never EVER had any problems until switching them to this particular pharmacy. Had to cancel an entire trip out of town because they refused to fill my medication. The same girl who answers the phone regularly is extremely rude, uninformed and not helpful at all. I've only been getting my prescriptions filled here for 3 months and I'm switching back to my other store in Roanoke. I'd rather drive an hour to my old pharmacy than to deal with these people ever again."

"I once rated Walgreens on Timberlake road highly, but more times than not they tell you prescriptions are ready and they are not, or it will take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours then driving for 45 minutes it was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 2 hours. My wife is elderly and disabled, why are they so inconsiderate? Why do they lie?"

"Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Avoid renee at the vaccine check in window at all cost. Complete attitude and inefficient. I had to ask for her name since her name tag was flipped over on purpose. I actually asked her if she was administering the vaccine and praised God when She said no. Just complete attitude and not friendly at all. Felt like we were an inconvenience to her and she didn't want to help us. Just quit and find another job."
