"We have a Toyota Venza and got some very aggressive marketing for $40 oil change and 10k mile service so decided to give Flow a try despite the bad reviews. Similar to other reviewers when I picked up the car the charge was over $200. The staff seemed genuinely confused and told me that the promotion did not exist. When I produced proof of the price and the phone call I received from Flow they begrudgingly adjusted the price but made it feel like they were doing me a huge favor after giving me a 20 minute runaround. I also made the mistake of getting a state inspection at the same visit. Car failed for a cracked tail light (debatably a failing issue). Quoted $600 to replace the tail light. I said no thank you. Then received a bunch of phone calls from the manager trying to "work with me on the price". The price came down to $379 after they stopped trying to sell me two new tail lights. I initially chalked trying to replace both taillights up to incompetence but with both the manager and service advisor aggressively selling unneeded repairs and denying a promotion price, I think fraud might be a more apt characterization. We replaced the taillight ourselves but needed to get our sticker updated. I made an appointment and told it would take 10 minutes. When I got there the service advisor said there was no appointment and told me it would take 2 hours to verify the replaced taillight and affix a new sticker. It indeed took two hours to put a new sticker on the car. Heed the other reviews--it's not worth it."
