"Looks like it needed to be stocked. Pretty new but the back of the store always looks unfinished. Wish it was more like the 5 Below in Warrenton."
"I would describe this as a dollar store. Although the items are cheap they definitely look it. I know you pay for quality but some things they have in there priced above $5 I wouldn’t pay $1 for. The only time you hear from an employee is if/when they greet you when you walk in, other than that you are on your own in the store… even at checkout. Now I respect self checkout especially when it’s super busy but each time I’ve ever been in the store there was no line so it baffles me that “cashiers” are being paid to stand by the door rather than cashing people out."
"Really unhappy with the experience I had this morning shopping in store. I went to self check out, and one of the employees asked me if I needed any help which I answered no. He then comes over and stands right next to me the entire time I’m checking out and even proceeds to “assist me” even though I said no, I’m fine. If you’re going to stand over my shoulder while I check out my items, what’s the purpose of having self check out? I ask him this and he stated they had an issue with stealing. Why is this my problem as a customer, that I have to be made to feel uncomfortable. It felt racial as hell. I was at the Warrenton store on Saturday and didn’t have any issues. First time and last time shopping there and I will be returning everything. A place like that doesn’t deserve my business."
"Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!!! All the self checkouts are unavailable which is holding up all of their valued customers. A shame they can't get a grip on their own store! Need to see a change IMMEDIATELY and start trusting their customers to do their own scanning and not holding up all of our lives."
