"Sometimes staff are nice but today the manager was rude when I asked her if Xmas things were prices down, bc her cashier assured me they weren’t, her immediate answer was “they are half off and my cashier doesn’t know….” Vs. “xmas items are half off and I’m sorry my cashier was incompetent”"

"Store is always a mess and last Saturday they did not open at 8 AM as per their posted store hours. Waited for 10 minutes but no one showed up to open the doors."

"I had a really good time there the cashier was this young Asian girl and she treated me very nice. I believe her name was Sophia. She was very accommodating and helped me find my items. I would go here again just to see her, a very nice employee with a bright future! She was also very fast and efficient at scanning my items and I was in and out very quickly."

"This store is not only messy, but always barely anything is left on the shelfs. Out of helium for my little one that loves balloons and not many options to choose from. On top Alex is very condensing and rude, which has made me leave the store and take my business somewhere else anytime I see him at the register. I consider myself a good customer that is respectful toward the merchandise you sell and employees, so I expect the same treatment back. Most, Alex needs to understand that his paycheck is made possible by customers that visit the store. One star only because it is a convenient location!"
