"A ROACH!! A ROACH!! I was here waiting to pick up a doordash order for over 20 mins and while I was there, I saw..... u guessed it. A ROACH! Living and crawling. I have the video. When I brought this directly to the manager's attention, he said to me, "Oh that's just a waterbug," and walked away. Eeeeewwwww!"

"Terrible. Order was taking forever. And it wasn't that busy. How are you out of biscuits? It's morning.... expect orders w/biscuits! I requested a refund, left and went to Bojangles."

"Seems like the staff were confused with online orders. I placed an online order. Ordered Breakfast platter and a cinnamon roll. I received a pork chop and gravy biscuit with egg instead of a breakfast platter. My cinnamon roll was a cinnamon raisin biscuit. I paid for extra items I didn’t receive eggs and extra gravy. They tried to correct it, but gave me a basic platter. And the bag of food that was incorrect"

"Absolutely horrible experience. I'm the only person there at 2:30 or so, one of the employees stepped out and rolled their eyes that I'm coming up as the first customer, so they put a cigarette out with their fingertips, huffed really loud, never went to wash their hands when they went in. When I had asked to have my burger replaced because it wasn't double patties (total tax was insanely high at this location, btw), same employee walks up before making the new burger, points at the old one with this annoyed look and when I say I'd rather keep it for my dog and I already ate some of it, he reaches further and I hand it to them. They quickly turned into the kitchen, threw the burger into the bin as hard as possible. The new one was hardly an improvement. Fries were chewy, half stale, like old crinkle frozen fries. No air conditioning, and half the reason I went in was to relax and cool off. I felt the opposite. The rancid old oil smell and trash all over the soda area (without any condiments or napkins) that already was offensive enough. There were also flies and gnats, because why not add insult to injury? Don't bother wasting any money here. The food, the atmosphere, the bathrooms, the staff, the temperature, all majorly lacking."

"Food was horrible. My cheese burger was missing cheese n ALL my food was cold. I’m not sure why I was asked to pull up. The coleslaw was basically juice, hardly any actual slaw. Overcooked cold tenders, fries n even the bread was cold. The cheeseburger was cold. I ordered a dbl cheeseburger no mustard no ketchup w/onions. Burger was mishmash. It appeared they tried to scrap off mustard n ketchup along w/the second slice of cheese. I won’t be wasting my money again. For $15 at least make sure the food is hot."
