Panera Bread

"Never any issues with Panera, other than the fact that their prices seem a little higher across the board, but that might just be in my senility. This is my favorite Panera location (sorry, Janaf). Always busy, so be mindful of that, but I like to go there, eat, get some work, and generally just get out of the house (I work fully remote), and cure my cabin fever. I recommend the Frontega Sandwich. Super good and that's my main go-to. Not saying everything else isn't good. But that sandwich is the one."

"This is the best Panera in Hampton roads!!! Such a kind staff. There was a small mistake with my order and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct it. Both delivery drivers we had were amazing. And Michelle who I believe is the manager was also amazing. I had a great experience and the food as always was great. I don’t plan to go to any other Panera. 5 stars!"

"Love this location. Service is always fast and the restaurant is very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Ashley who was so welcoming and friendly. She is working so hard to keep the place awesome. Love IT. Second manager I met at this location Carla was working super hard and with a big smile. Everyone working at this site seem to enjoy working here."

"Well. Service was good. First time at a Panera. So didn’t know what was what and what things were. The lady behind the counter answered all my questions with out attitude. Food was prepared fast and hot. At least hot items that should be hot were hot. Food was pretty good. No complaint. Most of my issues were how dirty this place was. It’s a shame. I would have given a better review. Trash was overflowing, drink machines were not clean. Food all over the floor,seats,and tables. Short staff or not. Your business needs to stay clean. The cleaner the more repeat customer you will get. This has knocked me off of this place. I’ll try another Panera. If it’s as dirty as this place. I won’t have to go back. If you want to know how expensive a place is. Well we were a family of 2 adults and two small children. The children got a sandwich, an apple, an yogurt. Then two meals for the adults. We walked out almost 70$ less. Meals didn’t include any drinks. Easy on and off the main road. Small parking lot."

"I consistently receive food in poor quantity. The coffee drinks aren’t even filled up all the way (see pic, I haven’t taken a sip yet).The warm bowl only had 2 small pieces of chicken in it and wasn’t even 1 portions worth of food. Typically half a meal fills me up, I finished the warm bowl in one sitting. Way overpriced for the amount of food/drink you get. I’m consistently disappointed."
