"I’d have to be able to order something to give any stars. Service so bad that I never ended up being able to order at the drive thru. My only mistake was returning here after a string of visits that were mediocre at best. Never again."

"Placed my order at the drive thru and after paying, waited over 15 minutes for my order. Three times employees came to the window to confirm my order, and also asked me to pay again for a different order that wasn't mine. When they realized my order was set aside over by the walk up counter all that time, they laughed and handed it to me. The employee also literally laughed in my face and told me to not "dont fuss out". The counter area had around 4-5 people just standing around talking. Terrible, terrible service."

"I had an extremely unprofessional visit today (8/21/23) at this location. I placed my ordered at the drive-thru and when approaching the window, I wanted to add to my order and they said they were unable too because they were "too busy"... I had asked, instead of adding to my order, can you ring me up for a new order for the additional items?! The lady said "no, with us being busy you'll need to come inside". She claims they were "too busy" but only 2 cars were behind me. I told her we were unable to come in due to being handicapped and she says there was nothing she could do. This was extremely unfair and not a way to treat those who are handicapped. Their customer service violates the ADA Act and they need to have employees who have the proper customer service and this goes for the manager as well! Completely unacceptable... :( In the picture you will notice this was 2 minutes after driving away from the pick up window. They clearly could have assisted us but instead, we got turned away and denied service."

"What's the point of remodeling the place and make it beautiful if you are going to hire employees who seem to work there only for a paycheck and have no care for good customer service?. Good customer service is not limited to a greeting and a smile, but also keeping fresh food stocked. The very limited variety of donuts that they had seemed to have been made long hours ago. We all know what a good donut feels like, and also know when a donut is old. Please find a descent way to get more dedicated employees or loose all the money invested in renovations by loosing clients"
