"One star is too high of a rating for this Taco Bell. This one makes every other Taco Bell seem like a 5 star restaurant. You're better off ordering at random because all you'll get is random stuff you didn't order anyway."

"Don’t bother with this please. We were attempting to order at the drive thru and my little sister was attempting to have us relay a complicated order, so my husband asked if he could just roll down the back window so she could order and the man just said “no”. So then we just trying to get by and repeat what she wanted since we apparently weren’t allowed, when all of a sudden in the middle of my husband ordering a woman cut him off and rudely said “you can come in and order at the kiosk if that’s going to be easier for you” after we had already ordered almost everything. This happened on 1/17/23 at 6 pm."

"Every time I come here.. it's just a super let down. Thank Gawd I don't live around here. So this isn't my TB Fourth Meal spot. Order is continuously wrong. Never get my exact condiments. Missing items. Customized product is never what I ask for.. this place sucks. Lol to put it plainly."

"DIRTY CHEAP TACOBELL DON’T EAT HERE READ FULL REVIEW AND SEE PICTUREES!!! I went in for breakfast at 9:00 am and every table and chair was dirty. There breakfast take as can be seen by photo is maybe a tablespoon of ingredients which doesn’t fill the shell. The hash brown is super oily as can be seen by wrapper. The steak crunch wrap has hardly anything in it. I’m not sure if this is a case of lazy employers or cheap restaurant owners, but I do no recommend this Tacobell."

"I went there tonight for a late night snack. The first time I accidently got my order wrong but I noticed the food was in such poor quality that even if I did mean to order that food I wouldn't have wanted it. When I went to return in and explained it to them they tried to rewrap the same burrito in a sneaky manner thinking I wouldn't see and try to make up for the mistake. I then said I didn't want to make a big deal out of it and if I could just get my order corrected. I wanted to make sure I didn't get a wrong order again so I went inside to tell them I wanted supreme tacos. The guy literally hears it from me then goes in the back like a zombie and does God knows what. I get my food and its not supreme and apparently the guy that I told at the cash register to make my food supreme didn't convert the information. Not only that but it's takes them 10 to 15 minutes to make the simplest order. When I called and told them about the mistake again and young lady made it out to seem like it was my fault. Employees seem like they can care less. If you want bad customer service and poorly prepared food. This is the place for you"
