"10/26/23 I have a soft spot in my heart for this place. I lived near it from 04 to 09. Eat here all the time at the bar. The chicken Parmesan and the lasagna was a staple. The salads and garlic knots are awesome also. Came through last night and the place still has tasty food. The bread they give you before your meal is still awesome. Love this place. All the food served around me looked amazing. All the staff is so nice. Great spot. They are closed one day a week probably because it's hard to open 7 days a week anymore. Must try."
"Grab your family and go! Let me just say how mouthwatering the aroma of this establishment is. Eating there felt like being part of a big family Sunday dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dishes were exquisite, and the plates were fully loaded. I saw kids of all ages all throughout. Their menu has something for everyone. They were so busy, yet I could not say anyone was disgruntled or had an attitude. Instead, they were prompt to attend every table, to cater to each family with a smile on their face and lots of positivity. The place was clean, and even the cooks were smiling. Again grab your family and go! Price was a steal for all the food that's loaded on your plate."
"First things first & this was our first time. There were two entrances to this place that aren’t well marked. One is for seating and the other is for ordering to go. We accidentally went to the the to-go area but they were friendly and sent us to the right spot to dine in. Dining in was great. Our waitress was awesome and there were people helping us who were not our designated waitress. They got us extra water and took our dirty plates away. I say the service is the best part of this place! It was superb! The pizza we ordered was a large meat lovers. We should have ordered the medium but now we have leftovers. The pizza had lots of toppings and was tasty. We got the garlic knots. They were tasty but in my preference a little hard on the outside. The inside of the rolls were good. Overall, 4/5 for this place! It’s a good spot and prices are decent."
"Primo has been a long-time favorite! Their pizza is delicious and the garlic knots are the absolute best in the area. You must order online for take-out (no phone orders); their website is simple to navigate. You will not be disappointed!"
