"Had an order delivered yesterday and the delivery driver was very nice and polite. When I opened everything I realized they didn't pack my dipping sauce for my breadsticks and for my cinnasticks. I called right away and the lady that answered told me that the sauce is extra and I would have to pay for them. I told her that is ridiculous and she put me on hold to speak to her supervisor. Then she hung up. I called right back and someone different answered and told me the same thing but I told them that my online receipt says marinara and glaze dipping sauce comes with it. She told me fine! We do you expect us to bring them to you? I was very nice and said yes unfortunately the breadsticks and cinnasticks are useless to us without the sauce. She said o! And then hung up the phone. That was around 830pm, no one came by with my dipping sauce. Very disappointed in the customer service and product."
"People are friendly but I arrived as the lady was making my pizza. I watched her putting the toppings on with bare hands and then slide my pizza onto the oven rack. Which is right behind a trash can as you can see in the pictures. So my pizza passed over the trash can, and then after it was set on the rack she actually grabbed the trash can rim for some reason. Then she took those same bare hands that had just grabbed the trash can rim and started making the next pizza...no wash of course."
