"I love the brand of Saladworks. But the location in VA Beach are a hit and miss. Especially when ordering from Grubhub. Two of my items where missing, grubhub wouldn’t do anything about it. It starts with the restaurant first, then the courier and finally the app. This picture below is how much I got for my salad and missing a lot of toppings. Put some effort into it! Also you can’t even fill this small container up? Kind of pathetic. The Saladworks in Salisbury MD destroys all the locations here by far!"

"I love salad works my salads are always good and you get so much for your money but this time was different A women i think she was the owner made my husband's salad and his was half the size as mine she gave him a half of a 2oz serving of chicken and very little lettuce he ask for a proper amount and still didn't get what the portion should have been needless to say he was disappointed. We don't mind paying for a good product but we expect to get what we pay for."

"This was our first time visiting. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly. I ordered the chicken chipotle Panini and my husband ordered a custom made a salad. My panini was DELICIOUSSSSSS and my husband loved his! We will be back!!"

"Lackluster salad full of subpar ingredients. The romaine was all white and yellow. I should have walked away without ordering but had never tried it before so wanted to give it a chance. Definitely won’t be going back with chicken and lettuce like they offer. I didn’t even finish my salad."
