Chipotle Mexican Grill

"My visits to Chipotle have been consistently frustrating as they're frequently out of certain items. Additionally, there's an employee, a white female, with a consistently unpleasant attitude. The hygiene standards are concerning, with dirty food on the counters and trash on the floors – an issue I've encountered on three separate occasions. Overall, these experiences have been disappointing and call for improvement."

"This place is a dump and they can never get your order correct. Avoid this location. I ordered extra corn salsa which apparently meant none at all. They also have rats!"

"I had to wait 15 minutes for my Carne Asada to be made, and then they only gave me 4 small pieces of it in my bowl! I understand regular serving sizes/portions, but that’s crazy to me. This particular visit was not worth the $15 bowl…"

"Service is decent but cleanliness can use some work. How difficult is it to put a small trashcan or receptacle where people are going to put trash from wrappers, straws etc? Wouldn't recommend this location for dining in, since all the tables in the dining room were littered and even with a decent amount of staff on the line and minimal guests, it's almost as if they were waiting for closing time to wipe off the tables."

"Absolutely, the worst will not be back to this location, place an order online at 10: 28 pm. Would have been totally cool with the fact that they didn't have queso or chips had they set a single word to me about half my order missing, just because I knew it was getting close to closing time. My order was missing sour cream, When I asked for extra, I asked for steak and I got a few pieces of steak with mostly burnt chicken. Once again no queso no chips. No response until I asked. They didn't offer to refund what I had purchased. The place was dirty and the staff was not very friendly. One out of three people acknowledged my presence with one other customer and she was cleaning the floor, not the cashier/ person who was making food. She could see me standing at the register. Trying to get her attention to ask for the second part of my order. Very disappointed."
