"I went here with all my friends and we had a reservation but still waited a bit to be seated, which was convenient since everyone wasn't there yet. The food took over an hour to come out and it was backed up and we went around 2/3 and it was busy. We had some of the BEST servers I've ever had they were so helpful and worked beautifully. But in no reflection of the establishment the meal I chose was a classic waffle and egg combo and the eggs were about a 2/5 like pretty neutral but tasted as if cooked next to meat. The waffles genuinely had no distinct taste and tasted as a pancake to the t and wasn't even warm/hot when I received it. The biscuits were the most INCREDIBLE thing I'd ever tasted they were unique and the first of it's kind I've ever tasted, it was truly an experience and a great appetizer. The drink I got was a house made soda and when they say they aren't sweet they're tart, they mean it. Definitely will still visit again to try a different dish!!"
"Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen offers a highly sought-after brunch experience, evidenced by the packed crowd during peak hours on a Sunday— and for us a 25 minute wait. This delay can be conveniently passed by exploring the nearby Town Center shops. The option to dine al fresco is a plus, and while the service was not the quickest, with over 45 minutes wait time for food, our friendly waitress and a flowing conversation somewhat made up for the lag. This is one of the nicer restaurants I've eaten at. The prices tend to skew higher, but the cost is reflected in both the quality and the portion sizes of the food (larger than it looks in the photos). Loved their fried pickles, wasn't able to get a photo. Would eat here again, just need to wait for the right occasion."
"Went for a birthday brunch at Sunday at 11am. It was 6 of us and an although we made reservations we still weren’t seated until about 15 minutes after our reservation. Other than that part of the service everything was alright. The waiter was kind and attentive. The food was good but it did come out cold. We ordered steak and eggs as well as chicken and waffles. I loved the cute satins on the cups."
"I was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. My sister-in-law told us about this place so we all decided to give it a try. We made reservations for 10am because we heard that it gets busy there. Walking into the restaurant, we first noticed the high ceilings and a lot of natural light. It took a minute to get seated but our waitress was attentive, friendly, and quick with our drinks. We tried the fried green tomatoes first and they were outstanding. I had the honey Sriracha Chicken and Waffles and I can say that it's been the best breakfast / brunch I have had in a long time. Everyone else with me enjoyed their brunch also. As our brunch was wrapping up we noticed the restaurant starting to get busier. So if you are planning on 11 am or later i would make sure to have a reservation so that you can get a seat. It was a great experience and next time we are in town we will be sure to stop in for a bite to eat."
"The ambience and atmosphere was perfect. A lot of seating for big groups. The collards tasted pretty good. I was worried from the reviews. The chicken sandwich didn't have much seasoning and it was fried hard. The mega mimosa was good but not worth $15. Overall it was a great brunch under $130 for 3 ladies."
