The only reason for the 4 stars is bc On the weekend it can be very very slow to get your food bc she is having to box up food and ring people out. "A new favorite spot when I’m in this outlet! I love boba so I couldn’t resist getting the Strawberry Boba as well as some of gyoza and their Chinese donuts which are so fluffy. First time trying their food and the lady is super sweet! I know how hard food services can be so coming here to support possibly a small store is why I tipped so much! Hope to see you again!! "Sorry. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I believe in good Customer Service. If you pay $4.99 for a bubble tea, and they give you a tea with 1/3 the bubbles that are shown on the pictures, you shouldn't change extra to add more bubbles. It's just simple customer service principle."
