Wendy's

"Never receive my correct or even full order. I'm not usually one to complain about fast food. The job is hard, the customers are awful, and the pay is hardly worth it. I always try to keep in mind that it could just be a bad night. But this location in particular is just terrible. It's the nearest to my house, which is why I tried it a few times. I am almost always pulled up, or told to park in the parking lot. The food takes forever. And I never, ever, EVER receive the correct food, or even all of my food."

"I order two daves doubles. It was the best, freshest Wendys I've ever had. The meat was hot, the veggies were still cold, and the cheese hadn't even fully melted yet. The experience was everything you want in a burger with lettuce, tomato,pickle and onion. The only issue with atmosphere is a personal one, I don't like my food available to anybody who comes in and out the store - if you order pickup in-store they put your food where anyone could take it. The service is very good, but I've been mistakenly asked to pay after prepaying on the mobile app. I highly recommend this specific Wendy's."

"I’m not one to provide a review, however, my experience at this location warranted one. It’s very rare I consume fast food but decided to stop and grab a quick bite upon completing my Christmas shopping. I attempted to ask for a refund after placing an order for nuggets and fries 15 minutes beforehand, when one disgruntled associate decided he was not going to assist me or ask for assistance from a member of management. During my observation, team members were scratching their head with gloves on, which is disgusting, and continued to assemble food orders. This behavior is unacceptable and the appearance of the employees was beyond sloppy. The team leader decided to take her feet down from the desk in the back room (visible to the public from the counter) and make her way to the front, while on her cell phone, having a personal conversation. I would recommend this specific location be closed or the entire staff replaced. I would not recommend anyone visit this location, due to the unsatisfactory behavior and uncleanliness. I never received my food nor my money and disputed the charge with my bank who refunded my money. If I could rate this location negative 5 stars, I would."

"The 3 stars for the food at this particular Wendy's is a guesstimate, seeing that I was not even served this morning after waiting 15 minutes. I'm not really going to go into specifics. However, do yourself, your time, and your sanity a favor and steer clear from this location. The service is horrible and it's clear it's a running trend with any of the fast food places on Military hwy where it seems being paid more by hour is less of a factor in regards to customer service and productivity. It seems more of a factor of how much these workers can milk the clock and move no faster than a snail. Prove me wrong .. most of y'all wanna get paid, but don't wanna work."
