"I eat at Ruby Tuesday in different states and hands down, Ty makes the BEST drinks (Ruby's Relaxer) that I've ever had. The wait staff was so polite and happy. Even for a rainy Saturday morning. Get out of the pubs and come back to Ruby. You can count on her for a smile!"

"Food was good, we both had smash burgers, fries were just medium warm, which makes them just okay. Also the waiter never checked on us and my drink was empty for a long time. I would go back since the burgers were good and good price."

"We order the burger and fries. The fries came out colddd both my meal and wife meal. Maybe total of 12 french fries..both burgers were dry as dry.we only went to Greenbrier location because we got a Christmas gift card. Last time we been in ruby Tuesday was in VB about 7 years ago. Our waiter was cool..he forgot to put in our appetizer.the place was slow as slow. I don't think I will return again. Food had nice taste or flavor.. cold fries. Noooo thanks."

"I was torn between the veggie burger or soup and salad and Emily suggested the salad bar. The soup was great but I enjoyed the fresh veggie on the salad bar the most.
