"Your average fast food dining experience. My review is limited because I ordered ahead online so all I had to do was swing through drive thru and park by the door to wait for an employee to bring me the food. I did not have to wait too long and they actually brought everything and the order appeared to be correct. They were -not- skimpy on the condiments and napkins and stuff. The only complaints I can think of is that the food was not super fresh (it was 10:30 p.m. so it's bound to happen) and that they crammed a rather large, family order into one big bag. Fries scattered, nuggets on the loose, squished sammiches... I used to be a manager for a fast food chain so I was taught about proper bagging of items and have somewhat high expectations when I visit other fast food joints. I will admit that the two employees that I had interactions with were both pleasant. Brownie points! Also, great location."

"Good customer service, I always asked for my meals to be made fresh. They deliver just that with a smile. Keep up the good service."

"They forgot my toddlers toy in her happy meal! There should be some compensation for all the gray hairs I have inherited today due to my toddlers meltdown because you're inability to put a small tiny toy in a bag... Giving a one star on the atmosphere since I had to deal with a one-star atmosphere. Actually it was like a negative five star atmosphere."

"JUST SKIP THIS LOCATION. Very ghetto location! Dinning room customers wait so the drive thru "numbers dont exceed service %" shameful...just do better. After a LONG absence, I had yet another disappointing experience. Even more ghetto than ever!!! Flies and smells wreaking around the soda station. Still NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. 2/23/18 - Walked out as service was trerrible. Seems poor management and staffing. Register person needs customer service skills!! [Long hair male] Been in here several times yet most recent experience was poor. The shoulder length hair guy working the register REQUIRES customer service training. His every word, movement, and general energy wreaked of frustration. He interacted with a manager who also did not address his behavior."

"If i could give no stars I would give none! Sorry service, major attitude when ordering. We had to repeat the order 4 times, at least. It was 8:30 a.m., no one in line before us or after us, so they were not busy at all.... Seemed to be an issue when we requested ketchup before we drove off. Food wasn't even warm when we pulled over to eat in parking lot next door... 2 napkins in the bag after buying 2 meals & no straws. Had to go up the street at McDonald's & go in to get straws too because there was none in the bag. Worst trip to a Wendy's ever. Hate to leave a review like this but I'm from NC & I am up here on vacation. Such a disappointment. Step it up Wendy's!"
