"It was my first and last time there. I ordered shrimp egg foo young and they gave me shrimp fried rice. They wanted to charge me extra for exchanging the order. Most restaurants would do it for free. Poor customer service."
"We've been ordering from Jackie Chen since we moved to Chesapeake back in 2018. We've always had great service and great food! Tonight was the first night they've ever had a hiccup with our order. We ordered through Grubhub and a single order of fried rice was forgotten. When I called the restaurant, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and helpful, and opted to have my order of fried rice made and drove it to my house himself. Thank you so much to the Jackie Chen staff for being so prompt in solving the issue. We will continue to frequent there for years to come!"

"Great little spot, food was ready on time and the girl at the counter was very welcoming when we came to pick up our order. We ordered online, so I no issues with placing an order. Had the Shrimp Fried Rice, Sesame chicken and an order of Crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious! I am especially pleased with how good the Crab Rangoon was, it actually tasted like it had crab instead of how most places just taste mainly of cream cheese. We'll be back!"
