"Will NEVER shop at LOFT again! 30 day return policy…after that you do not get the full purchase value but rather the current sale price value as a store credit. This is NOT convenient for a professional working mom. It took 1 wk for the items to arrive, now I have 3 weeks to drive out of my way to return these items at the store….not realistic. Lost at least $100 on ill fitting clothes. Go to the following stores that have a better return policy: Express, Kohls, Nordstrom, Talbots There are so many clothing stores to choose from these days. There is nothing special about LOFT. There is literally no reason to just give your hard earned money away to these big corporations due to ridiculous return policies. Spend your money elsewhere."

"The store manager is very nice but the employees talk about their personal life there in front of customers. I came in for an interview and I got rejected by them. Safe to say I won’t shop here at all. I’ll stay away."
