"I have honestly grown tired of ODU's chick-fil-a. When I order a large fry, they only full it half way. This time they shoved napkins in my fries to make it appear there were more fries when it was only half way full. I would rather go off-campus to a chick-fil-a that is faster and has better service. This chick-fil-a is slow because the staff can be seen joking around and/or on their phones."

"Chicken tenders were chunky. Demand here is pretty high, so food turnover is good. Staff is friendly and sociable as some of them might be students of school this one is in. Order system is powered by grubhub. They have orders churning out like assembly line. Wait time is minimal. The school provides microwaves in their adjacent cafeteria if you want your tenders pipin’ hot or hotter than how you got it. Fries and lemonade were good too."

"Chick-fil-a is a go to staple in our household. The chicken is crispy, and customer service is always immaculate. The soft serve cones they have are an absolute summer treat. Their salads are also crisp and refreshing. This location specifically had friendly staff, they were very quick, and had me wanting to come back again. Thank you all!!"
