"Called asking about an online order making sure I could pick it up knowing I was past the (very small window) pick up date, young lady said I was fine and could pick it up tomorrow. Hours later I get an email saying they canceled my order and are going to refund it to my PayPal. This is my payment method preference. And I cannot use PayPal in the store, The manager Darius and her manager claim they can’t do anything about it and essentially it isn’t the employees fault. One star"

"I found a lot of cute outfits for my twins. I was only disappointed that they often don't have the size I need or don't have 2 of them. I did order them and have them sent to my home. I appreciate the associate who helped me the clothes and told me about the 50% coupon. Saved me a lot which of course I loved. Shoes are always the hardest to find for my twins. They don't have enough inventory and run out of the sizes I need way too fast. The boots and hightops are so cute."

"Worst customer service ever. I came in to return some things from an online order and was treated like absolute scum even though I am super nice and pleasant to deal with. The lady was so rude and had a stinky look on her face the whole time. She was rolling her eyes and tapping her crusty nails while I was looking for coupons I had in my email. So rude for no reason. I’m sorry your life is so miserable you decide to take it out on a pregnant woman."

"Located inside the mall and is a nice size store. This Old Navy is department size with a nice selection with the store. Racks are spaced out and not crunched together like some stores. Customer service could be better and that's why the rating is not higher."

"I just haven't liked coming as much as when the store was still larger. I feel like the selection has suffered. Perhaps nowhere more than for women of size and for youth girls clothing. Still, they are the dependable and trustworthy place for a size 18 to get a great pair of jeans at a decent price, especially when they are on sale. I also appreciated their selection of comfortable tees. Wish I didn't have to turn down an awkward credit card offer every time i visit, but I work in retail so I understand."
