"My meal consisted of turkey wings, cabbage, yams & cornbread. The turkey wings were delicious, fall off the bone tender. Cabbage was good and crisp just like I like my vegetables. Now yams on the other hand had an excessive amount of strings in them which I deem them to be inedible but they had a good taste to them and the cornbread was stale, so glad it was given to me and not purchased. And the atmosphere is small standing only with limited people at one time. The man behind the counter had an awesome attitude, very pleasant he asked if this was my first time there and gave me a free drink, just the kind of business I wouldn't mind spending my money at. Yes. I will most definitely go back.."
"Unimpressed with last few times coming here. Porkchops were chewy, definitely not fresh. Sides tasted like they came out of a can. Service is always wonderful but quality of food has gone down tremendously. appreciated portion size but food wasn't tasty so ended up wasting most of it"

"OMG!! So much food. I shared with son and still didn't eat rest. Cash only and you can't dine there but I am definitely going to try another dish. I did smothered pork cops. I would've liked some onions but still very tasty. Didn't care for sweet potato pie but it didn't taste bad, ok."
"This place is amazing when you have the taste for soul food. The older gentleman who works here slightly has a Jamaican accent and he is extremely polite to every customer and guest. Everything on the menu is prepared and cooked daily. All items are incredible but I recommend the rice with gravy, turkey wings, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. The portion sizes here are ridiculous so bring an appetite or a friend to share with. Please bring cash because they do not accept credit or debit cards as payment. Also just as Chick-fil-A this place is closed on Sundays."
