"Breakfast is good & customer service is good in the mornings. However I’m absolutely convinced that they get orders wrong on purpose. Just because it happens so often. Always always always check your order before you leave the window. Because odds are that it’s wrong."

"Went there as a treat for the little one and was trying to create a memory for her like the ones I had when I was growing up. All I wanted to do was order our meal, sit back and talk and have her favorite meal (chicken nuggets, fries and a drink). Yeah that didn't last long. From the time I finished ordering our food till the time it was served was 20 damned minutes. Plus, after all that wait they informed me that the drink the little one ordered was out and she had to choose another one. Really, they should've informed me that 15 minutes beforehand. Then after getting everything squared away, this P.O.S riffraff came in and started harassing a couple of navy personnel in uniform, talking about why are they working for someone who is constantly trying to bring down a colored man and take away their birth certificates. The whole time this guy is talking he's cursing with every other word. So I covered the little ones ears and we sat in the parking lot and finished our meal. I had to spend the next part of my night trying to explain to a toddler on why someone uses bad words in that way. I will never go back to this place again and highly recommend to all of my friends and coworkers to avoid this place."

"Burgers were overcooked and made wrong after a request of "no pickles." McChickens had like 2 flakes of lettuce on them. Went back inside and was ignored by workers until I had to hollar. Meanwhile, customers were waiting in line to place an order. After I had to hollar to get some attention, the response was, "can't you see we are busy" customers still waiting in line....had my food remade. It was still burnt as if the grill hadn't been cleaned all day. McChickens were ok this time. Was shorted a burger in the remake and a drive thru delivery employee was very helpful in fixing that. If it weren't for this very friendly young man, I would've asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Big props to the friendly and helpful young guy!!! If it weren't for him, I would give a completely negative review."

"It took over 30 minutes to get my food when I was the only one in the lobby. The lobby was absolutely disgusting. The restrooms that you have to enter a code to use were nasty. This restaurant has been remodeled fairly recently as well yet employees obviously have no pride in their store. My fries were undercooked and the container was half full. Drink was flat. Sandwich was very greasy and had no flavor."

"Way to handle your business, y'all. Speed and accuracy of the order during busy hours is great. This classic landmark is kept very neat,inside and outside. And do expect the food to be fresh.☑️"
