"Second time I went there and they messed up the order the same exact way.... Ordered cheese and bacon quarter pounder meal without onion. This is how I received it not once but twice separate occasions, needless to say I will NEVER go back to this location again. Yeah I know it's in the ghetto..."
"We come here because it is so close to home. The food isn't bad. The issue comes in when you get the wrong order 7/10 times. I'm not trying to be rude but what is so hard about the concept of a unsweet tea. Every time I have to check everything before I go or something is going to be wrong. I worked at a McDonald's and it is not that hard. You just follow the instructions. If they keep struggling with this then I would recommend the owner gets their staff some reading lessons."
"I had ordered a big Mac with no onions and they put onions on my burger I came back and spoke to one of the managers her name was Brandi she was very helpful and apologized, and said she would get me a new and fresh sandwich. She has very good customer service."
"This location is always always slammed. Being in a high volume area. I have never had a staff memento be mean or rude to me. The food is always fresh and good. No attitude issues. Uniforms are always clean. You can tell the store actually cares about their safety with the precautions they put in place. To no so so busy, they do an excellent job. The younger staff do their jobs and are not rude or ghetto or on their phones. No complaints about this location at all."
"For those who do not like to use the kios they force you to use the kios. Customer service is not friendly. I do not recommend this restaurant. You should always have the choice to use the cashier or the kios especially when there is a number of employees in the store. And I pay with cash. What happened to good customer service? Disappointed customer,"
