"bad service the food is not cooked the lady that takes the order was yelling and there kethchup is all open the whole building is dirty if you eat here you will get sick if inspectors come to this location they will shut them down i dont recomend this place"
"I ordered at the drive-thru and got to the window and forgot to add an extra frying pan. The heavyset brownskin lady at the window said I couldn’t add anything at the drive thru window. I never heard of such a thing and I know she was lying, also had a young lady behind her all on her cell phone not doing anything but I can’t add an extra fry to my order because ???? Horrible service and will not return again."

"These people at this location are UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a burger, barely anything on it. I ordered chicken fries at the window and i was refused. When i asked to speak with management for a reason why, i was told it was because It was raining and they weren’t going to bring the food outside. But isn’t that your job .."
"Got some BK today it was cold I called them and that was very sweet about replacing my order. And I must say the BK is the best one in town. I went back up there and the manager was so sweet and ensuring to get my order back to me hot as possible. That she did. Customer service was outstanding"
