"This review is from my 11/25/2023 visit. I asked for my burger hot off the grill, separated. I didn't ask for the bun to charcoal burnt. You would think unless I requested my bun burnt, they would've just fixed another bun. This is unacceptable."
"Went through the drive thru and we had to wait about 5 minutes for our order. When we got home the fries were cold and old. The order was made wrong. When we called manager said there was nothing they could do and hung up."
"The food was hot. The service slow but maybe I don't know what they were going thru. I ordered 2 whopper Jr's in drive thru and it took 6 minutes. I was the only one in drive thru, no one ahead or behind me. Not greeted at the pick up window, just sat there until I was handed my bag. Sorry for disturbing you"
"I hate giving bad reviews. But something needs to be done about this location. I understand now why all other breakfast location were wrapped around the building. And no one in line at this location. Between the shortness with customers and the smashed sandwiches. I would not recommend this location until the managers get a grip on their store. Honestly I give this location a chance every so often. And they always disappoint."
