"Order of fries was incorrect. Understandable. Called to notify them about it and was asked if I could bring them back. I let girl know I wasn’t able to get back there at the moment. She put me on hold 20 minutes; never came back to the phone. I contacted again but line was busy. Wendy’s customer service in this area is deplorable!"

"This use to be one of the best Wendy’s in Hampton. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a honey butter biscuit and being charged for a honey butter chicken biscuit. The employees seem to have a hard time understanding the difference. When I arrive to the window I explained i ordered a honey butter biscuit and that it should ring up as 1.49. She kept telling me no it’s 3.99. I told her you’re ringing up a honey chicken biscuit instead of a honey butter biscuit. She then threw the bag of food and asked someone for assistance. This was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Especially when the mistake is on the employees lack of hearing and knowledge of menu. The food quality was cold and not fresh. This place needs a secret shopper from cooperate to come through once a week. Start eliminating those with poor attitude and poor work ethics. Thank you!"

"This Wendy’s used to ALWAYS get my order perfect. Today I went for a simple Caesar salad. They forgot my dressing & gave me croutons that expired Aug 04, 2023… it’s October 16, 2023. Expired is expired.. the lady taking my order was rude but the lady at the window was very nice. disappointed seeing as this was the last Wendy’s I trusted to get my food correct."

"We ordered a bunch of nuggets and all of them were defective. They said they were aware and got a bad order but were still selling them to people. They got mad at us because we asked for a refund so we could go to a different Wendy's location. The nuggets were super tiny and dried out and hard. Will not return here ever again. I've posted a pic of the defective nuggets they are selling people at full price and nuggets I got from a different Wendys 10mins later."
