"Zero Customer Service. Walked by 3 employees not one spoke or asked if i was finding everything OK. They were all talking amongst each other, but customers were merely bodies in the way of their conversation. Girl at dressing room, when I asked if I could try on an item, she just waved her arm towards the dressing room doors. Wow. Not a word. I find after shopping here a few times this month, they really only speak to you when it's time to pay for your items. H&M please reinforce better customer service at the lynnhaven mall location."

"India the store manager at this location has absolutely no problem solving issues and offers poor customer service. She should not be a store manger, because she is a poor leader and poor representative of a company I love shopping with. I came in to do an exchange after being told by an employee that I would be able to do an exchange as long as what I was exchanging matched or exceeded the amount of my original purchase. India refused to help me and insisted the only way she’d be able to do an exchange and honor my original rewarded coupon if $5 is if I purchased the same item. After explaining to her that the store didn’t have the same item in the size I needed she told me I should I go to another H&M. I was appalled that she would inconvenience a customer who wanted to spend more money than originally spent, when the store did not have what I needed in order to honor my exchange, according to the policy, and despite the fact that I came to her store because an employee there ( who I was willing to identify) specifically told me that I could do this exchange. H&M is being gravely misrepresented."

"My wife's addiction. Right now they have their annual end of summer sale. Prices are reasonably affordable. They have a loyalty program that is free to sign up. The cashier helped my wife with the process and saved her some more money on top of the sale prices. That's customer service. The cashier took her time to save my wife more money despite being busy with sales. I would recommend this location at Lynnhaven Mall."

"Staff is pleasant but I wish they had a bigger children's section. My little guy (12 yrs old) is tall and thin so it's hard to find him pants. He likes the way their hands for but I almost always have to order his online. My 17 yr old, has no problem finding his size."
