"I order my subs online and came in after an hour and my order still was not ready. And the staff had an attitude with me, like I did something wrong. I try to show the staff on the app. that I placed my order at this location but I was initially ignored, then I was told the machine was down. And after just waiting around the staff actually checked the machine and saw my order online. Food was good but that customer service on this occasion was bad."
