"Horrific customer service. We got in line behind 1 other customer and they proceeded to spend 20-30 minutes ringing up various items/discount codes, trouble shooting something on their phone while 3 other workers stood nearby doing clearly less important things than ringing up the mounting line of customers (yeah there was a fully functional open register sitting there unused because none of the other workers wanted to help out)."

"Not one sales associate greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Not one. Two at the register and one proceeded to fold jeans right next to me. I can count on one hand how many times someone from this brand greeted me. I pop in every now and then to see whats new, but I wont purchase. A simple hello. Where has customer service gone to these days…"
"This store is awful at pulling online order pickups in a timely fashion. Ordered a top and went in the next afternoon to pick it up. They hadn't even printed the ticket! I asked if I could go get the top myself while they printed off the ticket, but apparently that's not allowed. The employee said they would have it done in an hour, but they still didn't have it ready by the time I left the mall. 24 hours later I recieved an email saying my order was finally ready. How hard is it to put a shirt in a bag? The grocery store can have 30ish items ready in a few hours, I really don't get the slowness from American eagle employees."
"Clean store with great customer service! They didn’t rush us out the store when we arrived at 8:50; in fact, they allowed my husband to try on pants at 9:00(store closing,) and didn’t say a waited! They checked us out with a smile! Thank you American Eagle!!"
