"I placed an order @ 7:24p and then immediately got stuck in traffic. I called back at 7:31p and asked them to hold my order for a half hour. Once getting there at 8:15p it was apparent they had not held the order I refused to accept it and asked for it to be redone. The lady was very rude and said no. I showed her the two calls. They did redo the order and the gentleman handed my order to me. As the started out the door the lady ran in front of me and grabbed at the bag saying I had not paid. That was my fail because I lot he was giving me the food for free for their mistake. I did ask if I could at least get a military discount. She actually made me show her my ID. The food is good but customer service needs work"

"Friendly lady at the counter took my order. General Tso's & Pepper Steak combos (on a Sunday)... Comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll. Total came to $21.28. Fair price...& It had plenty of meat in each, was delicious, and still very hot when I got into it several miles away where I had to park my semi truck. Glad they were open on a Sunday."
