"They are just way too busy. Like, open another steakhouse next door busy. We arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday with a party of 7. There were 20 parking spaces for takeout, we had to park in a literal field across the street. It took 2 hours to get us a table. The food took a long time to come out, and everything was undercooked (more than is usual for a steakhouse, a burger ordered medium well was seared outside and red through the first bite). The food was otherwise good. All of this is just signs of a restaurant that is swamped, but definitely impacts customer experience. I'll go somewhere cheaper or more expensive next time."

"I ordered the single pork chop and asked them to blacken it versus how the normally cook it. It was Delicious! I'm a cheese lover so there's a bit extra on my plate. lol"

"We visited after church. This place was already hopping 15 minutes before the door opened. It didn't take long before the whole restaurant was full. Our server was perfect. She kept our drinks topped off, got our orders, and kept a check on us. Our food came out quickly. My steak was not perfect, but it was good. The rolls were delicious as usual. The music was good. We were able to pay our check at the table...a real plus since our server was extremely busy. The most frustrating moment was the hostess ignoring my request for a table vs a booth. She was going to completely ignore me, but the manager corrected this situation without being asked. Overall, it was a good time with good service and good food."

"Great food but poor service. The guys work fast, even on a busy day. But is it really that hard to be friendly? Put a smile on my bill, but please be a little more responsive and friendly. However, the food was excellent, the ribeye steak was juicy, the vegetables were perfectly blanched. Minus two stars for the surly staff and the sticky table."
