"When it first opened the lady running was awesome, don’t know where she went! Went in recently to order a pizza. The girl acted like she didn’t want to be there and before I could order she went out to her car then came back in and took my order. The guy that was making the pizza looked confused and trying to figure out what he needed to do. Not going back there again. Donatos here we come!"
"Would give 0 if I could. On vacation placed an expensive order, when picked up the staff was unsure if it was paid for, even though the ticket said paid. Get it back and the made one of the pizzas wrong. Had some one with food allergies and was unable to eat either of the pizzas. Called and asked to be refunded the cost of just the wrong pizza, no one there could handle that was told the manager would call me back, never called. Would have accepted a replacement if it wasn't a 30 minute drive one way. Very unhappy experience and very expensive."
"Staff was very sweet & nice. That is the only reason they got those stars!! The Pizza bowl was a joke!! Looked like part was missing or someone had taken a bite?? No it did not fall or get shifted. (In our hands) Before we got it??? It sat on my husbands lap with everything else for the ride home.. We live 20 min away & I was not going to drive another 40min round trip back to the original location, so I tried to reach out to the company privately, but they never responded."
