"The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I visited two days ago, and was met with very unpleasant behavior. This was my first time visiting this location, so I figured I might’ve just came on a bad day. I called this particular store again today to inquire about purchasing additional items, and someone answered the phone only saying, “Hello…” I thought I might’ve dialed the wrong number, so I asked, “Is this the True Religion store?” “Yeah, the one in Norfolk.” I will just continue to shop online."

"Very bad customer service. Cashier was impatient like I was bothering her. When I asked for a specific size twice, she goes in the back and I heard her say, “Oh, Lord.” I said, “just forget it. I heard what you said. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.” When I told her What she said. She said, “I don’t remember,”. They don’t deserve any stars!!"

"I have made multiple online purchases to later get emails advising that certain items were cancelled due to no inventory. My first issue is that the items should not have shown to be available as per the website as I paid for items that were clearly not available, also, these items were Christmas gifts, which I was unable to give. My next issue is customer service....there is no reeeeeal availabilty as each time I've called I was placed in a queue that was behind by 3+ hours on a slow day and had wait times as long as 6+ hours. The online chat option is a complete joke as no one responds. Next issue is that I was advised by a CSR, (after opting for a callback which came over 6 hours later after the close of business, as they had SOOOOO many call backs to make) that I would receive a refund for over $100 within 7 business days. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED, I called yet again today just to be placed back into a ridiculously long queue. I like True Religion, but it is by no means this crucial. I suggest True Religion invest in updated technology for their website/warehouse systems and invest in more representatives. SERIOUSLY!!!"

"Went shopping at the store paid for my stuff .I never bothered to check to see if everything I paid for was in the bag. When I got home and took out my stuff one of the jeans I paid for was not in the bag.When i returned to the store and explain what happened, the manager told me she checked the camera and had seen the cashier put the jeans in the bag. I asked the manager Brittney to see the video tape showing the cashier putting the jeans in the bag .She said she could not show me because it's company policy. Now how is this fair to me as a customer? Had the video been shown to me I would have been more accepting of the fact that the cashier did put all of my stuff in the bag .I felt like I was robbed of my jeans by this store and the manager Brittney did not even care. She just took my email and walked away. Worst customer service ever . I was forced to repurchase the same jeans I bought a few hours ago."
