"The food was amazing, always is. We waited 13 minutes and no one had came by the table or even made eye contact with us. So I went to the counter and the lady was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. I simply stated we’d need waiting about 15 minutes and if anyone was waiting our table (corner table). She said he is and he know, and I said clearly he doesn’t because he’s seen us over there so can you at least let him know. You’d think she’d say “my apologize I’ll let him know and he’ll be right over”. He was swamped and he apologized probably 5x while we were there and he genuinely didn’t see us. He was amazing once he came over. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be."

"Made my online order at 11:47am on a Saturday morning. Online they said my order would be ready at 12:07pm. I arrived at 11:55 am because I didn’t want my food to sit and get cold. Went in told the waitress my order as they are calling my order out. The waitress said it wasn’t quite ready yet. I waited 10 more minutes as i asked and watched my food get cold. I should’ve took my chances ordering at the counter. They put the food to the side for online orders…"

"CeeCee was awesome and the service was awesome as well. The cook Mr. Mark was awesome as well! He made us laugh, and joke it was an awesome and Will always be a fantastic experience! It is always a great place to eat, will always come back! Mrs. Linda is a great server as well! they all need a raise!!"

"Early morning take out order @ 6:30am. Restaurant empty, employees were outside, but went in as soon as I pulled up. Ladies were personable and friendly. Food freshly made, efficiently prepared and under sanitary conditions. THANKS! Would have rated 5 stars; however, unable to place a to go order over the phone in advance. Recording stated to serve dining guests limiting takeout orders, but restaurant was EMPTY. Hostess said manager turned that recording on when she left for the day. Could have saved me time with grab & go option. Good experience overall. Waffle House needs to offer turkey breakfast products."
