Wingstop

"Ordered 47.00 worth of wings. Will not being going back. I asked them several times could they please make my wings crispy. He replied I'm not going to drop 24 wings just for. He refused to do it. They don't care about making there customers happy. They are in a hurry to get you in and out."

"I made sure corporate knows about this. This is what I wrote. I hope nobody else is dealing with this kinda customer service. But here it is... To whom this may concern, I'm writing this message on regards to a situation I've had with this particular establishment not once but twice. The first time I ordered from them I had my brother pick up my order. When he brought it back I opened the bag and checked my sandwich to find that I had a sandwich with NO top bun. Which really confused me. So I live about 10 mins away and decided to drive back there and I showed the guy at the front desk. He immediately apologized and had them remake everything. I was then calm about the whole situation. This brings me to my second visit. I thought it was a fluke that they forgot the top bun. But to my surprise when I opened my sandwich container I then took a picture of my sandwich missing it's top bun again (picture attached to email). So now I drive all the way back there and ask them to look at the meal they served me. Instead of apologizing for their mistake he tried to blame it on me as if I went home and just decided to take the top of the bun off my sandwich. Then, he proceeded to tell me that this is the first time this has happened after I already relayed to him that this is the second time this has happened. His stature and the way he was talking to me show me that he was either high or just didn't care. Then as I'm looking in the kitchen I see an older gentleman with a Pittsburgh Steelers cap on eating chicken in the kitchen with no gloves and making people's food with no gloves just walking around with no regards for anything. After this meeting with this Wingstop. I don't believe I'll be EVER be going to this place again. All I ask is that your employees do better. Thank you for your time."

"the whole order was wrong, waited 45minutes. was not prepared right so they remade it just for it to be wrong again. I hadnt had a wingstop experience like this until now. very dissapointed. wrong wings wrong fries. I left as soon as they gave me my food bc I was already waiting longer than they had said. I had trusted it was correct the 2nd time. Overheard them mess up another persons order as well. I understand things happen just pleease give me a free meal."
