Papa Johns Pizza

"I had two $25 gift cards given to me by my realtor as a welcome home present. The first worker scans them multiple times and couldn’t get them to work, then a second worker does the same thing then finally a manager type comes and says one of the two cards is empty, so I had to pay if I wanted my pizza. I asked if maybe it got all charged earlier, and they said no way impossible. Realtor said she personally spent $50 on those cards."

"Got the new Twix dessert. And it was totally burnt. They knew it when they boxed it. Could have been considerate and make another one. Inedible. Just a shame."

"Apart from my delivery driver and the soda I ordered being great. Everything else was horrible. The cheese bread and pizza that I ordered was dry and flat. It tasted horrible and doesn't represent the standard of pizza hut to their valued customers."

"Orders an extra cheese pizza…the first one that arrived had such little cheese you could see the crust plain as day with no cheese even melted on it…the remake we received was JUST as BAD. If this is your extra cheese I’ll go somewhere else. Like Marco’s who actually puts on a decent amount of cheese."

"I am a strictly papa girl, but this visit was horrible. Our Pizza was flat, way to much sauce, not enough cheese (esp. $ 4 extra) and it was burnt. I used my Papa rewards and felt like they decided because I was not paying the full $40 it did not need to meet the standard. I will say this is not our normal store. Tried to leave feedback with the corporate page for 3 days and it never would completely let the survey finish, guess they really did not want my review!"
