"The service here was fantastic! The girl at the counter was so great with my toddler (who has to pay for everything with cash now). Bread was perfect, bathrooms were clean, and the cafe wasn't busy. Great location."

"Earlier this week I ordered delivery, and half way through eating my salad a massive roach/centipede big wiggled out of my food. The manager gave me my full refund and was very apologetic, but the GM never bothered to call me to apologize, which tells me quite a lot about the level of care this place has. The previous time I ate here, I was given the wrong dressing, which had an ingredient I am extremely allergic to. My point being, I'm not eating from this location ever again."

"This Panera location was very quick to get our order and get our food ready. They also gave us a free fruit cup. I ordered a green goddess cobb salad. It was good but there was not enough avocado ranch for it. The baguette was fresh and the fruit didn't taste like it had preservatives. I also got a strawberry smoothie and it tasted pretty good but the cup sizes are small for high prices. The restaurant also has a great modern/mid century modern mix that feels classy. Definitely a good place to go for lunch or breakfast."

"This is the steak and white cheddar melt I received, which looks nothing like what I ordered!!!! It cost way too much for the food to even have the audacity to feed anyone this!!!! Not to mention my broccoli and cheese soup is super watery and cold. Highly turned off and disappointed"

"Ordered Flat Bread Pizza to try for the first time. It gets a big Zero stars. Chewy and stiff. I knew it would be a frozen product but Foodlion sells much better and less that $9.95. Chicken Noodle Soup had exactly 4 noodles, 5 carrots, and 1 small piece of chicken. Tasted great but clearly not what it should have been. Sandwiches tasted great but fell short on appearance and bread was hard. The clearly new employee running the register was trying so hard and was very friendly. This was around 5pm on 10/7/21. She really stood out. Manager was running expo and looked miserable and not very friendly. Not actually checking orders because I had to come back ftom car to get a missing item."
