"These look disgusting. I ate one of them to taste if it was burnt and they don’t even have any flavor. When I called to speak to someone about the appearance, I was told it can look like that because of the oil that they use. I’m pretty sad because I was really hungry."

"I’ve been to this location several times. The cook ALWAYS gets the burger right. Never fails. I like my burger medium rare and it’s right all the time. My boyfriend adds Borsin and onion rings. Always fresh, never miss. Their fries are also top notch."

"We went here with high hopes. Unfortunately, they were short-lived. The area is industrial and, while the restaurant has tried to make itself inviting, it gives the feel of a chain from the '90s. I will say that the staff was friendly and professional and I would rate them 5 star. The food was mixed. My son and I got burgers and they were good but not amazing. The onion rings were over cooked and greasy. The fries were good and the tea was tasty. The final straw was the time it took to get our food. We were one of only two tables seated and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. All in all a mediocre experience we are unlikely to repeat."

"The burgers here are OK. Nothing special but average. The soup was actually very good and the desserts (key lime pie) was lackluster at best. The ambiance can be quite fun, but the last time we went it was dead and felt very much like a hotel restaurant. Every time we have been here the service has been great, so no complaints there."
