"Always a problem with my order everytime I go. I paid extra for a steak chalupa and got beef. If i wanted beef i wouldve gotten a taco! Portsmouth blvd location is better and always gets my order right!"
""Taco Bell: A Culinary Carnival of Regret and Resilience!" My recent escapade to Taco Bell was like entering a flavor fiesta that my taste buds will remember forever, and my stomach... well, it had its own epic journey. Let me start by saying, I knew it wasn't the wisest choice for my digestive system. It was a decision made with the reckless abandon of a toddler at a candy store. But oh, the taste! Taco Bell, you have mastered the art of making guilty pleasure taste like a gourmet symphony. The hot sauce, oh the hot sauce, it was like a spicy siren luring me into a taste bud tango. Each drop played a gastronomical tune to my bowels, and I couldn't resist its saucy charms. It was a flavor rollercoaster, and I was strapped in for the ride of my life. Now, let's talk about those refried beans. They were the unsung heroes, the silent but deadly percussion section in this culinary orchestra. Little did I know, they were plotting a symphony of their own for the next day β a gastronomic encore that would leave me both impressed and, let's say, thoroughly cleansed. As I woke up the next morning, I realized Taco Bell had not just fed my hunger but also orchestrated a digestive performance worthy of a standing ovation. My stomach may have questioned my life choices, but my taste buds were still doing a victory dance. In conclusion, Taco Bell, you've managed to turn regret into a flavorful adventure. Five stars for the taste that defies all reason, the hot sauce that's hotter than my wildest dreams, and the refried beans that compose a musical masterpiece in my digestive system. A round of applause for leaving me both satisfied and surprisingly rejuvenated!"
"Food is typically good. However tonight, despicable. This looks nothing like the pictures. Literally looks like someone excreted this from their body. Plus there's a piece of lettuce in it, how does that even happen? Chalupas were not hot either."
"This was by far the slowest and worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell. It took 25 minutes to get our order and we were the only ones besides one other person who got a drink and bean burrito. I ordered a very simple order for my 8 year old and I and I thought that maybe they just didn't even get the order. The fries came out soft and room temperature, my burrito was cold and it took another 10 minutes to get somebody to get me French fries and it took another 20 minutes for that to get done do not go here if you value the taste of food and the purpose of fast food."
"I am a dasher, and I dash at this location several nights a week. The service is always done with a smille and a send-off of "have a safe night." Tonight was a horrible experience. Shay, who says she is a manager, was very rude. At 11:30 p.m., I go through the line to get a door dash order. I've come through the drive line all week at this time and hadn't had an issue. After I waited in a line that was extremely slow and cars kept backing out of, I got to the intercom to ask for the dash order and was met with "You have to come inside." Surprised, I asked why and was told door dash orders are not given out until 12 pm at the window. I asked if the order could be made because I had been sitting in the line for so long with 4 cars ahead of me. Shay replied with a hard NO. When I got to the window, I explained that I had been getting my orders all week at this time by the same young lady. I was met with rude replies and catty behavior not becoming of a managers position. I was told "well she's not supposed to do that, and I'm not doing that." I've been in customer service for many years and in the position of management. The time it took her to go back and forth with me, she could have made the order and handed it to me and simply said next time you must come inside. There was no one in the restaurant lobby at that time. The order was 2 things. When I told her that we should be working together because we are both trying to provide service to the customer, Shay said, "So what do you want me to do?" Ma'am, it would be nice to treat people that come to your establishment with respect even if they're dashers. Because when I'm not working, guess which location I won't frequent. To be a manager with an attitude is not a good look for the restaurant. As I came to write this review, I see that your rating is a 3.8, which is not a coincidence. I write Google reviews all the time giving glowing reviews. In fact, I'm in the top 10% of reviewers. I never write bad reviews even when the service isn't that good. But I will decline to take any dashes at this location from now on, and of course, I won't eat here either. Because it wasn't about the NO. It was about the service that came with the no. There is a way to have your customers feel heard, respect the rules, and service them. I know corporate is not worried about this review because customers complain all the time, but ratings say a lot. Check into them."
