"So having moved back home to Norfolk after living in New York for the past 13 years, I can be a bit of a pizza snob lol. I had been seeing the commercials for Marcos Pizza and absolutely wanted to try it. When I entered and told the gentleman it was my first time there, he was patient with me and also told me the specials. He was very welcoming, helpful and just an upbeat positive person. I ordered a Deluxe Pizza for my Mom and a pepperoni for me. I usually stick to the pepperoni which was pretty tasty, but that Deluxe was calling my name. As soon as I bit into it, I realized that the meat, cheese, sauce veggie combination was perfect and I loved it. So delicious, I grabbed another slice. For Dessert, I ordered the brownie and we devoured it. I will be returning very soon. Thank you Marco's!!"

"currently waiting on my order that is late. I called the store and they assured me that my order is spoiling under the heater. they have one driver. I asked how much longer it would be and told them I did not want an hour old pizza. The guy on the phone said I highly doubt it will be that old but I don't know how much longer. $40 for hour old pizza. the order was placed at 5:59. the time is now 7:07 and I have confirmed my order has not left the store. we are past the 30 minute quoted time. customer service is poor as are their attitudes. website has nowhere to address concerns other than contact the store, which was no help."

"This place is literally like a minute away from my house and let me tell you I'm a regular. This is my absolute FAVORITE pizza place. You see those commercials when the cheese is stretching as they lift the pizza? Yeah, marcos nailed that. The food is always SO hot and fresh and the flavors make my mouth bust a nut. I HIGHLY recommend this place."

"My Brother, Niece, and my Nephew all work for this pizza shop. I highly recommend the BBQ chicken, George's Way..... and The Brownies and Cinnamon bites, might leave you feeling like you gained 30lbs.... But they are so delicious you won't even care."

"Well, this is a new location..... Now I would have given them 4 stars for cleanliness, for not letting the cook do the register or folding boxes or doing anything else without thoroughly washing hands up to the elbow. Great!!! This was a good thing! Now the food on the other hand. I just ordered the Pizza bowl and wings. The Wings 4 Stars. The bowl was supposed to be a two-serving bowl based on the writing on the menu. Well to my surprise, it was not and only enough to cover the bottom of the plastic black bowl and not even half full. This should have been double the contents if was to be a two-serving bowl for the price as advertised. I am nearly done with just three quick scoops, so glad I ordered wings I would have been still hungry. This was and is only enough for one serving or person. Even if they had put another $1 on the price and added more toppings to be two-servings. That would have been perfect."
