Pizza Hut

"Whoever is working at 1455 on 12.6.23 needs to be fired. She’s rude. Everyone else I’ve dealt with here is pleasant, but she always gives me an attitude when I come in. Her manager needs to handle her accordingly. She’s a bad representation of Pizza Hut."

"I ordered the big dinner box with 3 one-topping pizzas for carry-out. They got my order correct, the pizza was prepared in a timely fashion on a Saturday night at dinner time, they notified me when it was ready, and the pizzas were hot and tasted good. If you like Pizza Hut, this is a good franchise. If you don't like pizza from chains like Pizza Hut, this food won't change your mind. They did everything right."

"I waited over an hour to have our food delivered and when I brought it into the kitchen it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to call the pizza hut where it came from and was hung up on three times. Me and my granddaughter went up there and all the manager would say was I'm Sorry and made 2 fresh pizzas. So now it took over 1 1/2 hours to get food for my family. The manager did not offer to refund my money he just told me to call Door Dash and complain. I chose Pizza Hut that was near me and it stated on the ordering system that I would have our food 25-35 minutes, I thought Kool that's great after working a 12 hour shift. Not happy how it was handled and will think twice before ordering from them again anytime soon."

"I just tried to order via the pizza hut app and before I could even finish filling out the information for my account on the app (I was trying to put in my birthday. Which takes like ten minutes because you have to go back month by month)and I get a call telling me I have to come down and show them my card. Why would I order delivery if I felt like driving down there!?!? Never ordering from them again trying to"

"Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue."
