"Had my daughter’s birthday party yesterday and it wasn’t the best experience. Too many birthday parties at once; more than the staff could handle. Server was nowhere to be found; every time I needed something I had to go looking around to find her. Other parents couldn’t find a spot to sit, as it was that crowded. Chuck E never visited my daughter, which she was disappointed about. Pizza was good but cut into very uneven pieces. Some kids got a decent size while others got very tiny pieces. Server tried to rush us and get the payment taken because there was another party immediately after us. The birthday kid was supposed to be free, but they charged us. Didn’t even get a chance to look into my bill before paying, as the server was hurrying to set up for the next party. I think the management is to be blamed for this as they scheduled too many parties at a time, and also had back to back parties scheduled."

"The food was good, it wasn't too crowded, and most, if not all, the games worked and were in good order. The food was fast, and the unlimited play cards with the ability to pause is excellent. My daughter loved it there, and we took seven pictures at the little booths. The drink area and our table were pretty dirty, and they still use straw dispensers with open straws; that's pretty gross. Other than that, it was a cute and cozy day on our little date."

"One of the best Chuck E Cheese's we have been to. Food was good (remember you are at a CEC not gourmet or super special but enjoyed the pepperoni stuffed pizza), games and staff were excellent. Drove about an 45 minutes while in the area to take grandbabies there. Very clean and games were in really good shape. Got to interact with some staff,management and tech and all very friendly and helpful. You are at Cec so remember, it's a little pricey, but glad we visited. We will visit again in the future."

"The place is clean and recently renovated. The updated decor looks good and makes it more modern as the puppets and stage area were outdated. There are new booths and tables and some games. When I was there, a few games were out of order, mostly the Skeeball games. The use of Play Cards instead of the tokens is much easier to play with. Don't have to worry about paper tickets anymore. Everything is electronic which is better and makes exchanging e-tickets for prizes a breeze. The salad bar looked fresh and the pizzas always taste good. If you buy a collectable cup, you can get free refills for the life of the cup! My advice is to buy time on the Play Cards instead of points. You can play as many games as you want during the time frame you buy. Such a good deal. Also, when I was there, Chuck E. will dance with the kids on the new dance floor which looked cute. Good place for birthday parties too!"
