"I called in an order at 4:44 pm. Was told 45 mins. When I got there. Paid for it. WLked to my truck. Drove 1.2 miles got it home it was not even hot. Also got an order of bread Stix, and marinara frig cold. I always loved Pizza hut, but this order. I just might have to re-think my pizza."

"I don’t know who to blame for the website stating the location is open and get there the building is empty. They took my money and nobody would answer the phone to customer service. I kept calling and finally got a representative on the phone and this person was no help. I’m persistent when it comes to my money. I called back to speak to somebody else. This person at least apologized and gave me the number to corporate. They claim I should get a refund in a few days and they emailed me a coupon code for a free pizza. This was ridiculous watching people drive up waiting in the drive thru to an empty restaurant. I’m sure their money was taken too. This is just one of many disappointing experiences. I thought to keep giving them another chance and regret it every time. Pizza Hut really need to do better because this franchise is definitely not like it was when I was a kid. So disappointing. People don’t want to work these days so they need to just shut these franchises down. Invest in your own businesses and qualify people for the job not just fill in the positions to unappreciative individuals that apply. Create generational wealth because we all deserve better."

"It’s ridiculous at this point. Apparently I ordered undercooked and extra crust. The consistency and quality at this location is awful."

"I ordered a diner box. The cheesesticks are under cooked (or maybe it has too much cheese, doughy texture). The pizza also looks pale and the cinnamon sticks are over cooked. Nothing taste right! I've never had this problem before."

"$18 pizza looks like trash. Two slices are at most, 30% covered with cheese. Was supposed to be an extra cheese pizza. The cheese also very crumbly and honestly off. App failed to deliver entire order to store. 3rd time the pizza looked terrible. Go to a local pizza place instead."
