"McDonald’s ALWAYS messes up our son’s order. He gets a cheeseburger with pickle only and they somehow aren’t competent enough to read tickets and they put ketchup on it every time. Our nuggets are disgusting as well ."

"Really great staff, it's the same food at every McDonald's so it's the staff and cleanliness that really hits you when you walk in. Great clean tables and considerate staff. They also are kind to those who are just trying to get out the cold a second as long as your respectful. Great people work here."

"The quality of the food and service is VERY inconsistent. Sometimes there are no hiccups; the food is as expected, and the service is quick. Other times, they’ll have you waiting 40 minutes for dry, overcooked chicken nuggets and the wrong sauce… Like other reviewers, I have also experienced the drive thru staff saying they were “closed” at night despite the hours showing they’re open for at least another hour or 2. This was a few months back however, so hopefully they’ve found some better staff since then. To give credit where it is due, I have had mostly positive experiences with the staff at the order & pickup window, I just wish the food were more consistent."

"This review is for the two (2) employees on Sun. 23rd, 2023 in the afternoon. They were so polite, and helpful, I really wanted to mention it. One young woman had a shirt saying "Customer Service" she and her coworker (shorter, with braids) again, were so pleasant. I hope management gives them the proper recognition. It is so rare these days to experience such niceness. Thanks again!"
