"Visited @7:45pm. Placed an order via the app for curbside pickup. Double Big Mac meal with unsweet ice tea. I arrived and checked in via app in spot 1. The app said 2-5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went into the lobby, wondering where my food was. The lobby had a strong aroma of fecal matter. I stood there with no one at the counter. Finally, someone realized I was standing there and asked if I had been helped. I mentioned I had a curbside pickup order. The employee looked toward the drive-thru area and said it was coming right up. The Big Mac looked like a Picasso, the fries had no salt, and the tea was diabetes in a cup. People seem to think their job is to serve food. No. Your job is to care. Care about the quality of food you serve, care about the customer, and care about the experience people have in your restaurant."

"This is my home McD's and I absolutely love them. Most McD's, the morning is usually the good shift and then at night you get okay service at best. This one, I never have issues no matter the time of day. The rare times I might have an issue, they are super sweet about it. I know it's just fast food, but they give regular restaurant level customer service. Not compensated in any way, didn't receive anything for this review. I just genuinely love the service here."

"Food was hot, my only issue is we waited in the double drive through for at least 15 mins while the other drive through window took about 3 cars ahead of us. They didn’t provide any straws nor was the customer service good."

"Very, Very clean and immaculate. The staff very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in a door. Really kind of a unicorn to find a McDonald's like this. The shift that works evenings definitely deserve a raise."
