"This is the slowest, most dysfunctional, and most likely to mess up your order, McDonald's I've ever been too. Just fire everyone and start over with a new crew. Except for the manager who was clearly trying her hardest to wrangle the middle school dropouts that work under her. New hires could only do better."

"What a "second" horrible experience, although I am only speaking about my most recent one. In the drive through I attempted to order a McRib, which was clearly pictured on the menu as an offered item, to be told that it the McRib is discontinued. Ok, of that were the case, remove it from the menu. So I proceed to change my order to a Big Mac meal. When asked for my drink preference I requested a Dr. Pepper for the drink. I was then told that the only offerings were, blah, blah, blah, none of which I was interested in so when I asked if the amount of a drink could be deducted from my order AND I will not take a drink, I was told NO! Ok, well, you didn't offer the drink I prefeŕred. Not to mention that my original order was not available either but they could not even be accommodating at all with a simple drink. I was prepared to settle for something that I did not originally order only to be told that they could not simple deduct the amount of a drink from my order because my choice was not available. What horrible, horrible customer service for a drink that likely cost the establishment less than .25. Instead they lost approx. A $13.00 sale (likely more) Yes, I left without placing the order. I will NEVER return to that location again, second time burned but was willing to give them a second chance. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"We went to this McDonald's on the off chance they would have the Pokemon kids meal ( they did) and it was an excellent experience the woman who took our order was cheerful and kind. The. Food was good, the fries tasted a little like chicken. We did drive through but the atmosphere outside was great , the service amazing ( of the miss who took our order sees this I hope your wings were great ) the only thing Io can even say negatively was I didn't get my mumbo sauce for nuggets but this is truly a small thing. Over all it was great!"

"Prices have went thru the roof. I waited 10 minutes for a small fry & a med soda! The young lady who took my order was sweet, she gets the 4 stars, the kid who gave me my order had the personality of a brick. Could have cared less. If the job sucks look for a new one. Sorry"

"I went to this McDonald’s recently and the worker messed up my order not once, but TWICE. They forgot to give me the drink I order, also didn’t give me what I ordered FOR MY MEAL (WHICH WAS A SPICY DELUXE MEAL) . I called to talk to the manager but they pulled the plug to not Answer. Basically I had a horrible experience at this MCDONALDS! NEVER AGAIN!"
