"This McDonald's on Tidewater drive needs to do some employee training, or at least have a reading and hearing test performed during the interview process. They have gotten my order wrong the last 4 times I've visited this location and I haven't received a refund or had my order made right at all. Please, if you need McDonald's, visit another location. I've included a picture, it was not supposed to have ketchup"

"Sat at drive through screen for 3-5 minutes with no response so thinking something was wrong, I drove up to the window. There I was told "I didn't acknowledge you or say anything because I was busy counting money" and my screen froze. I asked if I could place my order at the window and was told I had to ho back around and get back in the line that was to the street at this point because he was busy taking another order. Disgusted!! Please teach your workers about customer service !!"
